Terms:
1.The above rates are labor charges only.
2.The Spares and Components required, if any, will be charged at actual.
3.The Service Charges are on par instance/per call basis/If the same /similar problem repeats after 48 hour. It may be treated as a fresh instance.
4.Warranty terms as per the respective manufacturers slandered warranty policy, and for hardware parts only. Service charges will be applicable for replacing /installing parts under warranty policy.
5.Software Installation does not include supply of software .*Genuine software licenses should be provided / purchased by the customer.
6.Charges exclusive of all taxes
